Banned for Sgs/Strafe?

I was playing as usual when all of a sudden "Ambassador" banned me for sgs/strafe. I don't even know how he got the idea of me using sgs or strafe cheats. I have clips of my gameplay that proves that I don't and if he banned me all because I'm using the double jump you have in your server and moving faster with it, why add it at the first place?

SGS / Strafe is prohibited in our server, that s why u get ban 120min.
