How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill out the registration form with your details, and verify your email address. You'll automatically be assigned the "Member" role and can start participating in the community immediately.

How do I join game servers?

Visit the Servers page to see all available game servers. Click on any server to view its details, current player count, and copy the server address to connect directly from your game client.

How do I participate in forums?

Browse the Forums to find topics that interest you. You can create new topics, reply to existing ones, and participate in server-specific discussions. Each server has its own forums for admin requests and general discussion.

How do I update my profile?

Click on your username in the top navigation and select "Profile" to edit your personal information, upload an avatar, and manage your account settings.

How do I send private messages?

Visit the Members page and click the "Message" button next to any member you'd like to contact. You can also access your messages through the "Messages" link in the navigation.

What are user roles?

ECILA Network has three main roles: Members (default users), Moderators (can moderate forums and help users), and Admins (full access to manage the network).

What games do you support?

ECILA Network supports Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6, Minecraft, SA-MP, RageMP, and FiveM servers. Each game type has dedicated server monitoring and community forums.

How do I request admin privileges?

Each server has its own "Admin Requests" forum where you can submit applications for administrative privileges. Make sure to follow the server's specific requirements and be an active, helpful member of the community.

How do I appeal a ban?

If you've been banned from a server, visit that server's "Unban Appeals" forum to submit your appeal. Be honest about what happened and explain why you believe the ban should be lifted.

I can't connect to a server

First, check if the server is online by looking at its status on the server page. Make sure you're using the correct IP address and port. If the server appears offline but you think it should be online, contact an administrator.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

The website isn't working properly

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing the site in an incognito/private window. If problems persist, please contact support with details about the issue.
