Eu stiu ca daca se da vote la o mapa nu se mai pun mapele care au fost jucate deja, in poze se vede cum el voteaza.

Alte detalii: E un turbat; se ia în gură cu orice, oricine. Îmi dă ban fără un motiv clar, nu știe ce vorbește, face acuzații false. L-am iertat de câteva ori, am zis că mai las de la mine, dar omul meu e prea dus.

Se bagă în seamă, am încercat să îl ignor după ce mă acuză de wait și că nu fac follow pe Rayish.
Se muta cand vrea el, muta pe altii la alte echipa cand vrea el, schimba mapa fara vot cateodata, schimba cand vrea el. Nu-i fac nimic si random imi zice ca daca avea comanda de gag imi dadea 2 vieti nush ce. Are comportament de 2 lei.

0:53 - BLOCK>INJURATURI>BAN (Doar eu am primit ban chiar dacă jucătorul respectiv a încălcat nenumărate reguli care nu au fost filmate.) După perioada de ban, am intrat iar pe server și l-am întrebat pe Destemido dacă și el a primit ban. El a spus că DA. După, l-am întrebat pe Aniculai și a zis că, dacă vreau, iar ban. După, a zis că nu, el nu a primit. Dar s-a dat overwrite la demo din pacate.)

2:47 - "Plang" pentru ca am zic ca nu a facut rubas follow, dupa el ma acuza ca nu am facut nici eu.

3:43 - Acuzatii false, rubas facea run si el nu facea nimic. Jigniri din partea lui.

6:20 - Mută pe Robert Tero pentru că el s-a băgat spec.

6:31 - Acuzatii iar :))

7:26 - Se baga in seama

7:30 - Schimba mapa cand vrea el

Cum vedeți în poze, schimbă mapa și dă vote cu mapa care a fost deja. Am încercat să-i explic frumos, dar el e prea arogant și un tip mă înjură de morți. După, îi spun să-i dea gag, și el nu-i dă și spune că și asumă.

Muta pe cine vrea și bdgk ăla mai abuză. Da kick aiurea. La primul video pe mapă aia am luat și eu kick, eram afk și când revin văd kicked. Acest individ nu merită admin. Părerea mea.

0:57 to 2:00 -> First, Aniculai didn't wait for you, he knifed you 1st time jumped of the ladder and saw u going back to the ladder and killed you, i did not see a single WAIT as you mentioned there.
Second, in that clip you have no reason to start swearing towards Anuculai just because you died. There was no Wait or what so ever that.
Third, you have no rights to complain about dying while typing because u clearly did that to anuculai and yet you trash talked him.

2:50 -> When u actually started following Destemido, nothing wrong, no rules were broken. Destemido has no right to say what he said, you were following him and u killed him normally. Destemido is wrong there.

7:30 -> We don't see any reason on why he changed the map. Maybe there was a vote and you didn't clipped it? Next time try and clip everything from the begging of the map.

2nd video.

Since i don't understand romanian i can't say shit about what your both are yapping about, but i can say something about the maps. You posted multiple times in the chat "d2_dust2_hns (16 mins)". For me personally this is hilarious since 90% of the players in the server can stay up to 90 mins in a single fucking Floppytown map and don't complain but as soon there's a +10 mins of any other map they instantly want to change. This is peak comedy for me.
Like i said since i don't understand romanian i can't say this, but one thing i can say and warn you, don't provoke ppl, either players or staff. "lonely admin"

3nd video

It's a simple move to CT and 2 kicks? Where is the scoreboard? Incompleted clip. We have no proof where they were playing or spec for a long time. There's ppl that join in the server and just go straight to AFK mode for hours and that's annoying cuz if there's people trying to play and there's afk in the team it's a fucking mood killer.

My opinion about all this gibberish shit, You're both WRONG.

To summarize everything i said here.

Destemido has no rights to say u didn't follow in rayish and shouldn't "threaten " you with a slay and provoke the players.
You, shouldn't swear to people just because you died normally and you shouldn't provoke the players.

I think you didn't see some things going on.

At 7:30 as you can see people were already rtving (4 rtv left.) he just decided to randomly change the map and them yapping about we 'voted it'.

The fact that i sweared that guy for blocking me on the ladder, he sweared me back. I was the only one getting banned and before that as i said upper he broke many rules but didn't recorded. I asked that guy aniculai if he got banned and he said no, before that destemido said he also got banned but he lied.

Now for the kick part, thank you for making me realising.

As for the 7:30 when he changed the map, there was only one doing RTV and that person was you.

Has for kicking kaptain idk, bdgk idk as well maybe joking around with each other?

For the swearing like i said previously there was no rule that has been broken by aniculai, He didn't blocked you in any circumstances, you missed the ladder and he knifed you with that opportunity, after that u tried to get in the ladder again and he killed you.
It's just amazing how you instantly started typing, took you 1ms to start writing his name after your death.

La faza cu Aniculai, ați primit ban la solicitarea playerului. L-ați înjurat, prin urmare v-a jignit și el; după s-a oprit, însă voi ați continuat.

La schimbarea hărții, asta au ales playerii; nu pot pune ce vreau eu, doar dacă serverul este aproape gol și trebuie să schimb o hartă jucată de multă lume, ca să intre playerii.

Pe Rayish ai dat follow abia când m-ai văzut aproape de tine.

Și pe Dust, acel player nu a fost sancționat, pentru că ești un player problemă și nu mi se pare corect ca un alt player să fie sancționat din cauza ta.

Ne întoarcem înapoi pe Rayish: ai luat ban permanent pentru jignire față de Saku, care nu era online.

Bitcoin, din același motiv, a luat ban 30 de minute.

Alte detalii: îmi asum dacă am greșit că nu am sancționat acel player pe Dust2.

Nici nu te-ai uitat atent la videoclipuri, cel mai probabil.

Dar mi se pare interesant că ai recunoscut singur ceea ce încercai să ascunzi.
Nu faptul că ai greșit e problema, ci modul în care alegi când să aplici regulile și când nu.

Tu ai zis clar:

„nu a fost sancționat pentru că ești un player problemă”

Deci recunoști că nu aplici regulamentul corect, ci după cum îți convine ție.
Regula spune clar că jignirile se sancționează, nu „doar dacă îmi place mie de player”.

Adică eu iau ban, altul înjură și scapă pentru că nu-ți place de mine?
Asta nu mai e admin, e favoritism.

La faza cu follow pe Rayish, vorbești pe presupuneri.
Nu ai nicio dovadă clară, doar „ți s-a părut”.
Nu dai sancțiuni pe feeling.

La map change, tot nu ai explicat concret.
„Au ales playerii” ok, unde-i dovada? Că în clip se vede altceva.

Și legat de ban:
în poză se vede clar că am luat ban când l-am înjurat pe xMax, nu pe Saku (Care era pe server).
Ori minți, ori ai interpretat greșit.

Da, am înjurat, nu neg, dar:

- și celălalt a înjurat
- doar eu am fost sancționat

Asta e problema.

În plus, în clipuri se vede și cum rubas făcea run și nu s-a luat nicio măsură.
Deci iarăși reguli aplicate selectiv.

Numai repet orice dovadă că stăm pună mâine aici, citește reclamația mai clar și uite-te că o să vezi multe.

Nu mă interesează să mă educi, cum ai zis tu.
Dar dacă ești admin, aplică regulile corect pentru toți, nu selectiv.

Reclamație respinsă.

Nici nu mă interesează ce s-a întâmplat. Faptul că aduni dovezile în calculator și le păstrezi pentru momentul potrivit te face un POST HUNTER. Iar noi nu acceptăm astfel de persoane. Grow up, zi ce ai de zis când se întâmplă pe viitor, nu cred că mai ai 12 ani să ai plăcerea de a face rău cuiva.

Totodată țin să îți mulțumesc pentru faptul că ai contribuit la modificarea regulamentului, odată ce închid această reclamație.
