Hi, after having the patience to open the forum to check how's it going i saw this unban request.
In my personal opinion (stay mad if you want idc tbh), this player Lord D'JiNN around 2 month ago wasn't this godlike player we got rn. I remember perfectly fine before i left the server to grind Forza Horizon 6 he was barely doing 285+ cj's with an absolutely normal sync, i'd said. After i came back, around a month as passed, i join the server to have a little fun and i see Lord D'JiNN doing incredible amazing jumps, even breaking records that were made by TEG (we can say, fairly know as a extremely skilled player).
What became suspicious to me was the fact he was getting speed way to fast then he normally would (compared to the last time i saw him), after spectating him for a bit i became even more suspicious because some of his strafes didn't really felt like was him strafing, sometimes i was pressing D and was looking Left and vice versa. I spoke with the rest of the staff members to see their pov.
Suddenly Lord starts to hit an impressive 300+ jump in 250 fps which TEG struggled to do. (Im gonna use TEG as reference cuz obvious reasons), not only doing a 300+ CJ in 250 fps he does as well a 589 LDJ in 350 fps. This made our suspicious very clear that this player is not LEGIT in any point, so we started to ask him for FUNGUN in randoms moments and different staffs to see if we could catch him off guard but no use. Guess USB stick does really the job.

Another suspicious evidence i got from Lord is the fact that when Grizzly posted the new Anti cheat method we would be using, Lord had already 3 suspicious reports, accusing him of cheating. (I'll leave 3 pics at the bottom, feel free to check them) All 3 accusing Oxware.exe and bypass for wg/ecd. If this isn't more than enough to prove this player is cheating then i don't know how to tell or explain.
So my point of view this player remains banned till proven innocence, ofc if he wants to play in our server.

Eu sincer te vedeam jucător de tot 10 acuma de ceva timp ești top 1, mă uit la diavol care este alt jucător de top și diavol nu reușește să dea cat dai tu întreci orice record pe orice hartă,timpul este prea scurt ca să faci chestiile astea,cum a spus și saku dadeai 280 acum dai 300+ 250 fps nu e imposibil dar dintr-o date e suspect,sincer dacă ai cod și știi spune da folosesc x cod și eu zic ca se rezolva treaba.
Altceva nu am de comentat,și pentru mine rămâi suspect,de scurt timp.

Nu ai primit ban din decizia unui singur admin, ci printr un vot care a rezultat in pro ban prin unanimitate, facut pe Discord, dupa mai multe zile in care am discutat despre cum joci pe server.
Nu stiu ce folosesti sa treci de scanurile de anti-cheat, si nici nu ma intereseaza, dar e clar ca ai cod din cauza gainului pe care il ai pe strafe, pe orice gravity si orice fps.
Jucam si noi hns, unii de peste 15 ani si nu avem nevoie de un anti-cheat report sa ne spuna daca putem sa te banam sau nu pentru strafe stabilizator.

First of all, I am more than happy to undergo any additional verification that may be required. I can provide TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Discord screen sharing, or any other form of remote inspection at any time. I have nothing to hide and I am fully willing to cooperate if there are concerns regarding my gameplay.
Regarding the claim about a "USB stick", this is simply speculation and not based on any evidence. No USB stick was used to bypass scans or hide anything from the staff. I do not believe assumptions like this should be used as supporting arguments for a ban.

These entries only show that certain files were present or executed at specific points in the past. They do not prove that I was using anything on your server, nor do they prove that I was cheating at the time of my ban. The dates shown are from October 2025 and March 2026 and are not evidence of cheating during the period in question.
I have played different CS 1.6 communities and game modes over the years, including Mix servers. However, the existence of old files or detections does not automatically mean that I was using cheats on this server. Those are two completely different things.
Regarding my improvement as a player, I have invested a significant amount of time practicing movement mechanics, sync, and strafing. Several players can confirm that I spend countless hours on skill servers working on my movement. Improvement over time should not automatically be treated as evidence of cheating.
I was also checked previously by staff members and was found clean. If there are still concerns, I am willing to repeat any verification process necessary. I am available for a live inspection of my PC at any time.
I understand that some of my jumps, records, or overall performance may appear suspicious to certain players. However, suspicion alone should not be enough to justify a permanent ban. A player's skill level increasing over time is not proof of cheating.
What is not fair is that the decision appears to be based largely on personal opinions, assumptions, and comparisons with other players rather than direct evidence. If there is concrete proof that I cheated on this server, I would like to see it. Otherwise, I respectfully ask that the case be reviewed based on factual evidence rather than speculation.
I have also spent a lot of time helping other players with gains, strafing, sync, mouse settings, game settings, and how to optimize their strafes and movement in general. Many members can confirm that I have always been willing to answer questions, share knowledge, and help others improve their gameplay.
Hello, we've spoken for about a week about this ban, and I think everyone here is not just giving their opinion, but speaking for the whole staff.
We've analyzed more proof than was necessary, we've compared stats and strafes, and we even got a clip of you, slowed it down, and saw that your strafes are not synchronized AT ALL. Like, you go left with D pressed and gain so much speed? Nope, that can't be true. I'm sorry. You'll stay banned.
