RULES HNS.ECILA.RO

Any violation of the rules will result in a slay or restricted access to the server.
The staff always has the final word in any situation.
Please read all the rules carefully, understand them, and respect them.

1. General Rules

1.1 Cheats, scripts, or any third-party programs that give an unfair advantage are strictly forbidden.
1.2 Doxing (sharing private information like real names, photos, family details, or IPs) is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban.
1.3 Mic and chat spam (screaming, playing music, flooding the chat, etc.) are not allowed.
1.4 Respect admin decisions. If you disagree, do not argue on the server or Discord; you can report the admin on the forum later.
1.5 Advertising other servers or communities is forbidden. You may talk about them, BUT you cannot tell players to connect to a specific server or switch communities.
1.6 Ban evasion using an alternative Steam account or CS version will result in permanent bans for all connected accounts. Please respect the ban and report it on the forum if you think it was applied incorrectly.
1.7 Do not use special characters in your in-game name. Also, your name should have at least 3 characters. (Example: abc)
1.8 Abusing any bugs or exploits is strictly forbidden. Any plugin exploit must be reported immediately on the #bugs Discord channel.
1.9 Toxicity, drama, and provoking arguments (instigation) are not allowed in-game or on any platform connected to HNS.ECILA.RO (Discord chats, dms, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, or other servers). We reserve the right to ban you if your behaviour inside or outside the game damages the community's image.
1.10 All staff conversations are private. Recording or publishing any information regarding staff members or their activities is prohibited.
1.11 Do not act like a staff member if you are not one. Using an admin's name or impersonating them to confuse players is strictly forbidden.

2. In-Game Rules

2.1 Hiding is only allowed if your character is visible from a 1x spot.
2.2 Trolling, blocking and airflashing on vertical maps (like hns_floppytown, awp_rooftops etc) is punishable by a slay/ban, depending on the situation.
2.3 Spectators are not allowed to reveal T positions in chat or voice (no ghosting).
2.4 RUN is allowed only on 1T vs 3 or more CTs situations.
2.5 RW / SGS / GS is allowed only if you stay in the same area. The admin team will not specify an exact number of seconds, as we are not robots counting every single player's ducks or time, but try to keep it fair and fun for everyone.

3. Admin Rules

3.1 Admins must spectate reported players and request a demo or a FunGun scan if a player seems suspicious (exceptions apply if the same user is spamming requests). Admins are allowed to do this multiple times per day.
3.2 Admin abuse or power-tripping will not be tolerated and will lead to loss of privileges or a ban. This includes self-reviving, using the team swap plugin for personal benefit, etc.
3.3 Admins should proactively start map votes if requested by players.
